Mr. Kiloh Nfor is the Provost, School of Nursing, Jalingo. He was born on 11th October, 1957 and hails from Sardauna Local Government Area. He is married with two (2) children.
Mr. Kiloh started his educational career at Mansur Primary School, Gembu from 1964-1970 and proceeded to Government College, Maiduguri from 1971-1975. He further enrolled into the School of Nursing, Maiduguri from 1976-1979, School of Psychiatric Nursing, Aro-Abeokuta from 1980-1981, Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka from 1981-1982, University of Nigeria, Nsukka from 1999-2004 and University of Nigeria, Nsukka from 2005-2011.
He received a Merit Award as the Hidden Treasure and the Award of Excellence as the Eye of the Community.
He also attended the following workshops;
Training of Trainers workshop, organized by Family Health International at Ibadan – July-August, 2003.
Management Health System organized by Taraba State Government in Jalingo – June, 22nd-24th, 1998.
Aids/S.T.D Sexually Transmitted Disease organized by F.M.H at Makurdi – 30th October-2nd November, 1990.
The Nurses Role in Applied Research in Primary Health Care organized by University of Benin – 11th-16th September, 1988.
His Publications include;
Nfor K. (2015) Introduction to Nursing Research and Statistical Method, Jalingo—Matty Press.
He enjoys Basketball and Music.
Rev. Mrs. Lilly Monica Gumfe is the Principal, School of Midwifery. She was born on 26th November, 1952 and hails from Sardauna Local Government Area. She is a widow with four (4) children.
She began her educational pursuit at First Baptist Primary School, Minna-Niger state from 1958-1965 and then proceeded to St. Louis College, Jos from 1966-1969 and St. Fatima Secondary School from 1969-1971 after which she enrolled into the School of Nursing, Maiduguri from 1974-1978, School of Midwifery, Sokoto from 1981-1982, Kaduna Polytechnic from 1993-1995, University of Calabar from 2001-2002 and National Open University of Nigeria from 2005-2015.
She has received the following Awards;
Century Continental Legacy Makers Award (CCLEMA)-2011.
Nigeria Merit Gold Award (NMGA)-2012.
Institute of Human and Natural Resources “Fellow”-2003.
She has attended the following workshops;
Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu – 5th October, 1998-11th December, 1998.
Conference of Principals and Coordinators of Nursing Programmes from 11th-13th October, 2000.
Examiners workshop at Awka, Anambra state – 20th-23rd February, 2001.
Evidence based Health care. A tool for Effective Nursing Education and Practice from 20th-22nd, March-2004.
Life Saving Skills for Midwife Educators/Clinical Instructors in Schools of Midwifery-2005.
She enjoys Reading, Travelling and Games.

Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Jalingo was established in October, 1992 and is headed by 2 principals, Mrs. Lilly M. Gumfe- Midwifery, and Mr. Kiloh Nfor- Nursing.

- Graduated 158 Midwives since inception.
- Relocation to the College Permanent site.
- Establishment of School of Remedial in 2014.
- Re-commencement of training of student nurses.
- Re-commencement of training of student midwives.
- Purchase of training equipment and furniture.
- Increase in manpower (staff strength).
- Training and re-training of staff (in-service course).
