The DT Strategy, crafted with the expertise of Ephod Communications Ltd., the Dr. Isa El-Buba Foundation, The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, the Taraba State Ministry of Digital Economy and Innovation, and other global tech giants, is designed to cover all 22 Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) in Taraba State. It features a phased approach that addresses key sectors such as education, agriculture, healthcare, and security, ensuring that digital infrastructure is built, operated, and eventually transferred to local hands for sustainable management.

Governor Kefas’s focus on education is evident in the E-Learning and E-Library services provided to students and teachers. This
